Nestled in a charming villa on Jumeriah Beach Road, 11 Woodfire Dubai has taken the city by storm since opening its doors in January. Head here after 6:40 pm during Ramadan for a special set menu featuring Emirati Kholas dates, a refreshing green salad with a pomegranate molasses dressing and a welcome drink of cold tamarind juice with agave, for breakfast.

 

Moving on, enjoy a slow fire-roasted lamb rump at this Jumeirah restaurant, served with rice cooked in a rich lamb broth and perfectly balanced with a fresh pineapple pachri. Diners in Dubai can then enjoy flourless dark chocolate cake, served with Kholas dates and milk ice cream.
