Perfect for early diners, guests are invited to arrive from 7 pm
Start with salmon tiradito with truffle ponzu, or perhaps the creamy burrata with greens, cherry tomato, and asparagus. Moving onto the first course, guests have the impossible choice between a divine dish of maltagliati lasagnette veal ragu or spinach and ricotta ravioli, with butter and sage.
The main courses include a gorgeous, braised beef short ribs with galbi sauce and a pan-fried seabass fillet with lemon gremolata. Finish an unforgettable meal with a classic tiramisu or opt for the warm, comforting apple crumble, complete with a smooth vanilla ice cream.
