Haru or 'Spring' in Japanese has been rightfully named after this delightful new tasting menu in Dubai's 99 Sushi Bar. The menu delivers an authentic and bold culinary journery into the land of cherry blossoms paying tribute to the star ingredient 'toro'; the premium fatty bluefin tuna.
A culinary feast awaits those that enjoy the uplifting tatse of Japanese food composed of high quality imports straight from Japan. The HARU tasting menu in Downtown Dubai will consist of Edamame with Kobe Wagyu Fat and the Capumiso: the perfect blend between a truffled cappuccino and a miso soup. Inundate your tastebuds with 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant's Atlantic Blue Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, Austrailian Wagyu and Foie Gras. The HARU menu features 13 delicate dishes including the 99 Cheesecake with yuzu and kunefe ice cream.
