 The World’s Leading Dance Event

- Sensation started in the year 2000 in the Amsterdam ArenA and was the first ever electronic music event to be staged in a football stadium.

- Sensation Amsterdam is known to sell out all tickets in one day for the last fifteen years.

- Sensation started touring in 2005.

- Sensation is the most traveled electronic music event in the world and has been to all continents, 34 countries and 43 different cities.

 
The creative concept

- The party enforces its all-white dress code as a tribute to Miles Stutterheim, one of its founder members who died in a car accident, and to signify the unity of the ‘dance music family’.

- Sensation, known as the White Party, its official slogan is "Be part of the Night, Dress in White".

- The Sensation stage is known for being larger than life with lasers, light shows, acrobats, intricate detailing and pyro effects. It can only be called a work of 'stagecraft'. You have to see it to believe it.

 


Artists

- Many world-famous artists once made their appearance on Sensation. Tiësto played at the very first Sensation in the year 2000!

- Almost all DJs now heading the Top 100 DJ lists once played Sensation somewhere in the world; Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Hardwell, David Guetta, the former members of the Swedish House Mafia, to name only a few.

- No Sensation without Mr. White. This pale-faced resident DJ perfectly knows how to set the mood and creates the right vibe with subtle house and tech house grooves. He’s been traveling the world alongside Sensation for several years now, rocking dance floors all over the world. Mr. White is the perfect start of every Sensation! 

 
Celebrate Life – What a show!

- Sensation created a new Celebrate Life show and Dubai has its premiere.

- 1KM of LED lines.
- 12 dancers.

- The middle pyramid is 18-meter high.
- 100m2 of LED tiles.

- 300 light fixtures.

- About 100 people are working in the Meydan for 1,5 weeks to build-up the show.

- The Dutch crew and local crew are working closely together.
