Friday Brunch at Traiteur
The Friday brunch offers diners the chance to choose from four brunch packages presented by Chef de Cuisine Franck Detrait and his team of chefs, and available from 12:30pm to 4:00pm.
Guest can relax and enjoy brunch with friends in the private dining room, the Cave Priv�e, or on the outdoor terrace area overlooking the marina.
Traiteur's Friday Brunch features a large selection of appetisers and live cooking stations, (shucked Fine de Claire oysters, assorted pork charcuterie and spit-roast, lobster, shrimp and salmon from the grill, eggs Benedict with Ham, lamb and USA beef from the rotisserie, as s selection of vegetables and potatoes
As for desserts, a chocolate fountain, home-made ice creams, a cr�pe and waffle station,, a praline station and a plethora of other desserts, including Saint Honor�, Opera Cake, �clairs and Cr�me Br�l�e.
Brunch Package 1: AED395 per person, including food and non-alcoholic beverages;
Brunch Package 2: AED495 per person, including food, beer and wine;
Brunch Package 3: AED595 per person, including food, beer, wine and Veuve Clicquot champagne
Premium Brunch Package 4: AED1,998 per person, including pick-up and drop-off in a hotel limousine, food, Dom Perignon champagne, and premium selected spirits, beer and wine, as well as a gift from Pistache, Park Hyatt Dubai�s chic boutique patisserie.
