The modern Indian restaurant with international flavours, Cinnamon Bazaar, group by celebrity chef, celebrity Chef Vivek Singh, will open its first international outpost in Dubai, in the luxury waterfront resort, Park Hyatt Dubai on December 1st.
The Cinnamon Collection draws inspiration from the colours, sounds, smells and energy you find in many spice markets across India. Opening in December, Cinnamon Bazaar Dubai have created a menu that showcases regional dishes as well as cross-cultural flavours, so that your dining experience can be both a journey and a discovery through India and the Middle East.
