Paros, the Greek-inspired rooftop restaurant and bar in Dubai located at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers invite guests to begin the weekend with energy and excitement, at their new Nisi Night Brunch and after brunch.





Launching September 2nd, the Nisi Night Brunch is a multi-sensory dining and entertainment journey, offering the ultimate weekend welcome to Paros’ island in the sky. Showcasing
panoramic views of Dubai’s stunning skyline, live performances and exceptional cuisine, Paros’ new evening brunch concept transforms the chic venue into a hedonistic destination experience every Thursday from 7 PM – 3 AM, making it one of the most surreal spots in town.





The culinary offering at the Nisi Night Brunch brings together the best of Mediterranean and Greek gastronomy in Dubai. Starting at AED 225, guests can opt for unlimited starters, a choice of main course and dessert between 7 PM to 10:30 PM. Highlights from the menu include favourites like Gemista, Briami Pie, Veg Moussaka, Herb- Roasted Seabass, Saganaki, and Keftedes, with sharing-style platters of hot and cold appetisers and desserts served fresh on the table.





A mesmerizing array of live performances in Dubai also ensures to keep guests entertained throughout the evening. Electronic percussionist Walter Scalzone begins the weekend journey from 7 PM with an eclectic signature set of subtle tribal beats featuring a soulful twist on LED drums. Dimmed lights lead all eyes to Walter’s percussion performance as he moves through the terrace, building to a dynamic and special cinematic performance alongside DJ Rainier at 8 PM. From 9:30 PM till closing, DJ Sabrina Terrence continues to keep the energy and hype through till the early hours, where those who want to party into the night can stay on for the after brunch at Paros with a voucher for four drinks at AED 150.

- Day: Every Thursday starting 2nd September

- Time: 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM Walter Scalzone performs, 7 PM – 9:15 PM, Sabrina Terrence performs 9:30 PM until closing.

- Drinks and food offer is available from 7 PM – 10:30 PM. After brunch starts post 10:30 PM.

- Details: Soft package for AED 225 per person, house package for AED 275 per person (selection includes house beverages, beer and house wine), sparkling for AED 350 per person and champagne for AED 650 per person.
