As the sunset blushes over the shimmering waters of the Dubai bask in the last rays of light as they mirror themselves in the blueish windows of tall skyscrapers. Enter the Grand Millennium Hotel Business Bay and take the lift to the rooftop for an out-of-the-ordinary dining experience at the city’s new social hotspot: Bella.
Named after its owner, an Italian socialite, Bella is spread across two distinct spaces. First, a loft-like lounge, where a private dining table presides above the retro-lit amber bar, dining alcoves and DJ booth. Then an effortlessly elegant dining room and bar, overlooking the hypnotic Dubai skyline and views of the iconic Burj Khalifa.
